Yes! We offer home delivery and collection within the Concelho de Cascais at €7.50 per bike, each way. Select this option during checkout.
E-bikes can only be rented for hourly durations until 14:00. After 14:00, the minimum rental is 24 hours. This ensures the battery is fully charged for your ride.
Call the number on your confirmation — roadside assistance is included with every rental. We'll come to you.
Yes — no need to ask in advance. If you want to stay out longer, just make sure you return the bike on the same day by 19:00 at the latest. We'll sort out the extra payment when you bring it back. That said, we do recommend giving us a quick call to let us know — it helps us manage the fleet for other customers.
