Private guided tours from Cascais to Sintra, Lisbon and Óbidos — designed to help you experience more, without the rush.
Our guide is your knowledgeable private driver — he knows every road, every viewpoint, and the best spots locals actually go to. He'll share stories, tips and context along the way, in the car. At monuments and paid attractions, he'll drop you at the entrance, explain what to look for, and wait for you outside while you explore at your own pace. He does not enter ticketed monuments or provide guided commentary inside them.
Every tour departs from Cascais. We collect you at your hotel, apartment or our office.
Wander the cobbled streets of Sintra's historic village, with time for coffee and the famous Travesseiros at Piriquita. Then visit one of Sintra's iconic palaces — chosen with you, depending on your interests and the day's availability — before heading to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe. We return along the scenic Atlantic coast, with a stop at Guincho beach if time allows.
A relaxed introduction to Cascais and its Atlantic coastline. Visit the dramatic rock formation of Boca do Inferno, learn about the town's seafaring past at the Sea Museum, then continue along the coast past the Santa Marta Lighthouse to the wild beaches of Cresmina and Guincho — with time to enjoy each stop, not just drive past it.
A relaxed exploration of Lisbon's biggest highlights, paced around the drive from Cascais. In Belém, stop for the original Pastéis de Belém and see the Jerónimos Monastery and the Monument to the Discoveries. Then continue into the historic centre to wander Alfama and take in the views from Santa Luzia and Portas do Sol — discovering Lisbon's highlights without rushing from one attraction to the next.
Step inside the walled medieval town of Óbidos, one of Portugal's best-preserved villages. Walk the cobbled streets up to the castle walls, browse the whitewashed houses and local shops, and try a shot of Ginjinha served in its own chocolate cup — with plenty of free time to explore at your own pace before the scenic drive back to Cascais.

No — our guide is a private driver-guide, not a licensed monument guide. He drives you between destinations, shares local knowledge along the way in the car, and drops you at the entrance of each attraction. He'll explain what to look for before you go in, then wait outside while you visit. This keeps your tour flexible — you spend as much or as little time as you like inside each place.
For most places you can buy tickets at the door. For very popular monuments like the Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra or Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon during peak season, we recommend booking online in advance to avoid queues. Your guide will advise you when booking your tour.
Our private tours fill up fast in summer. Pick your date, pick your destination — we'll handle everything else from hotel pickup to the last monument.
